Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Room rates for lodging at the Belmont Inn include a homemade, locally sourced full breakfast from 8:30 to 10 in the morning.
Breakfast typically includes a fresh fruit entree, a main course, juice, and homemade baked goods. Breakfast coffee is out by 7:30 a.m., and the tea kettle and a large selection of teas are always available.
Room Policies and Pricing
Maine’s lodging tax adds an additional 9% to the cost of a room. All room rates are single or double occupancy.
The Inn is appropriate for adults and children 12 years and older. This is due to the age of the home, its contents, as well as the reasons for guests choosing to stay with us.
A deposit of one-half the entire room rate or one night’s room rate (plus applicable taxes), whichever is greater, is required in order to hold a reservation. If you need to cancel the reservation, the deposit is fully refundable, minus a $35.00 cancellation fee, provided the cancellation is processed up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival. If the cancellation occurs within 14 days, you are responsible for the entire stay. If we are able to rebook your reservation, we will refund your deposit.
Late arrivals, early departures and no-shows do not qualify for a refund.
If a guest or his or her invitee damages any room or other property of the Inn, the guest will be charged a fee to repair, restore or replace the damaged room or property in an amount to be determined in good faith by the Inn in its sole and absolute discretion.
We value your privacy and will treat your email address as if it were our own. You’re agreeing to receive marketing emails from us. We won’t share your email information with anyone else.
The Belmont Inn is entirely a non-smoking property. There will be a charge of $300.00 for smoking anywhere on the property.
We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate pets; however, we would be happy to provide information regarding boarding in the area.
